Construction began in the fall of 2005, on a large covered shelter. The "bare bones" structure is up and ready for the roofing materials to be put on when the weather permits. Unfortunately we did not get it done before the winter encroached. In the spring, a cement slab will be put in and then we will be ready to have all kinds of fun-picnics, music concerts, just plain fellowship gatherings.




Underground wiring has already been added with electrical plug-ins available for sound equipment, or crockpots/ roasters. There will be lighting available when all is completed.




Yes, we are all excited about this new addition to the retreat grounds. We already have two industrial type toilets, and eventually permanent facilities will be built. Praise God for what He is doing.
